I'M AN EXERCISE BEGINNER, WILL IT WORK FOR ME?
Absolutely, the programme is designed and scaled for people of all ﬁtness levels. And don’t panic, our sessions are fun, social and taught by non-intimidating instructors - We don’t believe in screaming at you to get results, you’ll receive plenty of encouragement and advice to keep you motivated.
Alternatively, we also offer a 5-session Bootcamp Fundamentals Package which is designed specifically for:
Anyone nervous about joining - ideal for those with no Bootcamp experience.
Anyone recovering for injury that need to be shown alternative exercises to those they can't do.
Anyone wanting to gain a base level of fitness before being thrown in the deep end.
The Bootcamp Fundamentals package is 5x one-to-one training sessions at our Fairlands Training facility (or you can also partner up with a friend). We'll take you through all the common Bootcamp exercises to ensure your technique is safe and that you're carrying out the correct variation of each exercise for your ability. We'll also set you home exercises to build your fitness rapidly allowing you to intergrate into the main Bootcamp group quickly.
