SESSION LOCATIONS AND TIMES

All our sessions are located at Bullens Hill Farm, Woking Road, Jacobs Well, Guildford  (Click HERE for location map)

Our sessions take place outside in the fresh air. We provide:

  • Exercise mats, if required.

  • Optional sheltered areas to train under in wet/sunny conditions.

Evolve has one of the largest Bootcamp schedules in the area - 16 sessions a week for you to choose from:


BOOTCAMPS:
Mondays: 6:00-6:45 / 9:30-10:15 / 18:00-18:45
Tuesdays: 19:15-20:00
Wednesdays: 6:00-6:45 / 9:30-10:15 / 18:00-19:45
Thursdays: 
19:15-20:00
Fridays: 6:00-6:45 / 9:30-10:15
Saturdays: 8:00-9:00


HIIT:
Mondays: 19:15-19:45
Tuesdays: 18:00-18:30

Fridays: 12:30-13:00

Thursdays: 18:00-18:30
Saturdays: 7:00-7:30
