GOVERNMENT ADVICE RELATING TO OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING: 25/05/2020
"If you are a personal trainer/coach you can now work with clients outdoors, providing you are alone and only meeting with 1 person from outside of your household, outdoors, and you are staying a minimum of 2 metres apart.
You can meet with different clients in a single day as long as it is only via one-to-one sessions and you are maintaining social distancing.
You should also enforce strong hygiene measures. This might be cleaning any equipment rigorously in line with wider guidance on hygiene, for example by using antibacterial spray and washing hands thoroughly before and after use"
Following the above statement, released by the Govenment regarding outdoor activity in public spaces, we are now able to train clients outside on a 1-2-1 basis, following strict guidelines.

During these uncertain times we've simplified our 1-2-1 training packages to keep them short, so if circumstances change you are not tied into a long term package that can't be used.
Both Packages are for x5 sessions and held at our Fairlands outdoor training facility. We'll take you through all the common Bootcamp exercises to ensure your technique is safe and that you're carrying out the correct variation of each exercise for your ability.
STANDARD TRAINING - 30 Minute Training Sessions
Our Standard Training Package offers incredible value for the more experienced Bootcamper.
By warming up and cooling down by yourself you'll leave the full 30 minutes for an effective results driven session.
BOOTCAMP FUNDAMENTALS - 60 Minute Coaching Sessions
We totally understand if you feel apprehensive about Bootcamp style training, or if you're a first timer, so we've created the Bootcamp Fundamentals Package specifically for:
