We'll inspire you smash your goals as well as encourage you to enter our monthly social events, fun runs, obstacle courses, treks or charity events leaving you a huge sense of achievement (which of course are totally optional).
During our sessions you can expect: Tyre Flipping, BOXERCISE, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Circuits, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Push-ups, Squats, Abdominal Work, Skipping, Partner Workouts, Team Games, Lots of Laughing and plenty more. All exercises are scaled for different abilities.
